Description

The top is a loose, blouson shape with wide batwing sleeves that fall to the elbow. The waist is gathered and the skirt runs close to the body to the floor, with one slit at the front.

The cut covers the arms while still looking dressed up. A good pick if you want sleeves for a winter event.

      Sleeves without the fuss

      The navy batwing sleeves fall to the elbow and cover my arms, and the gathered waist keeps the top from looking shapeless. I'm small, so I wore heels to stop the hem pooling.
