This page says what personal data we collect, why, who receives it and how to get it removed.

The controller is Market Generation, Eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship), registered in the Netherlands, Burgemeester Kerstenslaan 8, 4837 BM Breda, Netherlands, [email protected]. UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply.

Orders

To deliver your order we keep your name, email address, delivery and billing address, optional phone number, what you bought and the payment status. Legal basis: the contract with you, and our legal duty to keep accounting records (7 years).

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment providers (Mollie, and PayPal when you choose it). They receive what they need to take the payment. We never see or store your card details.

Emails

Order emails are sent through our email provider. If you sign up for news and offers we send them until you unsubscribe (link in every email). Customers may get emails about products similar to what they bought (soft opt-in), with the same unsubscribe link.

Customer service

When you email us or use the contact form we keep the conversation to help you. Replies to support emails may be drafted with AI assistance (Anthropic as our processor); a person can always take over.

Visit measurement and cookies

We count visits with our own first-party analytics, without your name or email address. Our site also loads marketing tools (Meta and TikTok pixels, and Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 when switched on) and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity) on every visit; there is no cookie banner. They measure whether our ads lead to a visit or an order. To match a visit or an order to an ad, our server also sends Meta and TikTok your browser type and, after an order, a hashed (scrambled) email address and phone number; we keep the browser type with the visit for 30 days and never store your IP address. Every cookie is listed on our Cookies page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the shop keeps working.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and object to marketing at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO (UK) or the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

For customers in Canada

If you order from Canada your details are processed in the EU/UK and by our payment, delivery and email providers under the safeguards described above.
