Returns
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. This page explains how. It goes with the terms of sale.
How to return
- Start a return: choose the items and tell us why (optional). You get the return address on screen and by email.
- Pack the items unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Send the parcel to us with a tracked service.

Postage and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage; we refund the item price in USD. We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them back, with the payment method you used, in USD. When you return the whole order we also refund the original delivery cost, if any. We may reduce a refund if an item comes back worn, washed or damaged by handling beyond what is needed to try it on.
Exchange or store credit
Prefer to swap? Choose an exchange or store credit when you start your return and we add a bonus on top of the value of the returned items. Once your parcel is back with us, our support team emails you to arrange the replacement or send your store credit code. A refund to your payment method stays the default.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] with a photo. We pay the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund.
