Returns
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. This page explains how. It goes with the terms of sale.
How to return
- Start a return: choose the items and tell us why (optional). You get the return address on screen and by email.
- Pack the items unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Send the parcel to us with a tracked service. You pay the return postage.

Refunds
We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them back, with the payment method you used. When you return the whole order we also refund the original delivery cost (standard delivery). We may reduce a refund if an item comes back worn, washed or damaged by handling beyond what is needed to try it on.
Exchange or store credit
Prefer to swap? Choose an exchange or store credit when you start your return and we add GBP 10 on top of the value of the returned items. Once your parcel is back with us, our support team emails you to arrange the replacement or send your store credit code. A refund to your payment method stays the default.
Your legal right to cancel
On top of our 30-day returns, UK law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You can tell us with the cancellation form, by email to [email protected], or with the model form below. Our returns policy above never gives you less than this legal right.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] with a photo. We pay the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund. This is separate from your right to cancel and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
