      Great, one thing

      Taupe goes with way more than I expected, especially my cream knits. The ruched shaft creases a bit after a long day, but it looks lived-in rather than messy.

      Mid-calf, exactly right

      Wanted mid-calf and that's what I got. The ruching gives them a bit of character and the low stacked heel is kind to my feet.

      Nice shape and the suede finish is soft, but the pull tab was stiff and took a few wears to relax. Fine in the end, just not love at first sight.
