Description

The neckline runs on a slant, leaving one shoulder bare and the other covered by a short cap sleeve. Ruching at the waist smooths the line down to the hip.

Below the hip the skirt flares into a fishtail. It is a simple, close-fitting dress that works with bold earrings and little else.
