Description

A wide folded band sits off one shoulder as a short ruched sleeve and sweeps across the bust to leave the other shoulder bare.

Gathered ruching runs across the waist and hips, the skirt stays close to the knee and then opens into a fishtail hem with a short sweep on the floor. One front slit to mid-thigh.
